Dim sum, mega-chandeliers and pool parties are just a few of the things you can encounter at a Las Vegas night (or day) club. With resident DJs, state-of-the-art design and delicious dining, the city’s clubs promise something for every nightlife taste.
To help find your dream dance destination, local experts shared their insights on the city’s best clubs. But before you head out, keep in mind that Vegas clubs charge a cover, typically starting at $20 for women and $30 for men. Consider signing up for the guest list, which might help you save money. Or, if you don’t mind spending extra cash, make a table reservation to avoid the hassle at the door. As for the dress code, dress to impress: Clubs typically don’t allow flip-flops, tennis shoes, shorts, hats, jeans with holes or other casual attire.

XS Nightclub
The Best Clubs in LAS VEGAS that everyone would want to start with is XS at Wynn,” says Melinda Sheckells, editor-in-chief of Vegas Seven, a weekly Las Vegas lifestyle magazine. “It is an incredible environment to see that many people and that much energy in one nightlife space.” A week’s DJ lineup can include Diplo on Friday, The Chainsmokers on Saturday, Alesso during a Sunday night pool party and Robin Schulz on Monday.
Kelly Messina, senior director of leisure sales for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, says, “Everything we do is the biggest and the best, and [the clubs] are always one-upping each other.”
When Omnia Nightclub opened at Caesars Palace in 2015, it topped the competition with a 22,000-pound chandelier that rises, falls and transforms in synchronization with the beats from DJs such as Martin Garrix and Kaskade. “I could stand there for hours and just watch the chandelier,” Messina says.
Hakkasan Las Vegas
Located at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas’ Hakkasan Nightclub is a favorite of Doug Ward, former chief concierge at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and Delano Las Vegas, because of its beautiful design and impressive lineup of DJs, from Steve Aoki to Tiësto. In addition to the main room, Hakkasan has a club within a club: The Ling Ling Lounge provides a laid-back change of scenery and music, as well as some nice signature cocktails.
Drai’s Beachclub-Nightclub
If you want to party within sight of the skyline, Sheckells recommends Drai’s Beachclub-Nightclub. “Being on top of The Cromwell, you have an incredible view of the Strip and Bellagio fountains,” she says. The lineup at Drai’s focuses on hip-hop, hosting resident artists like Future, Trey Songz, Jeremih and G-Eazy, to name just a few.
If you don’t want your night to end, head to The Cromwell’s basement for Drai’s After Hours, a Vegas institution for 20 years known for hosting the best after-party around. That venue is open Thursday through Sunday from 1 to 10 a.m.
